Open a Run window (Windows Logo key+R), type cmd and press Enter.
Now type these commands which are in capitals for clarity only, each followed by the Enter key.
- NET STOP SPOOLER
- DEL %SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRINTERS\*.*
- NET START SPOOLER
- EXIT
Then start the spooler service.
